By using this site, you agree to these terms. Read them carefully. If anything's unclear, ask.
1. The site
TAGLINE sells custom athletic wear directly to consumers via this website. The site is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind beyond what's required by applicable law.
2. Accounts
You can shop as a guest. You can also create an account to track orders and save your shipping address. If you create an account:
- Use a real email address you control.
- Don't share your password.
- Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You're responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend accounts engaged in fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms.
3. Orders & payment
- All prices are listed in US dollars.
- Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we charge your payment method and send a confirmation email.
- We may decline or cancel orders for any reason — including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — even after a confirmation email is sent. If we cancel after charging, we'll refund in full.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms when paying.
- If you pay with crypto via NowPayments (when available), you agree to NowPayments' terms.
4. Shipping
We ship to the United States and Canada. Standard shipping is $8 (free over $150). Custom orders take 4–6 weeks; standard items typically ship within 5–7 business days. We're not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package.
5. Returns & refunds
Returns are reviewed case-by-case. Email us at our contact page with your order number and the reason for return. Custom and personalized items are not returnable.
Approved returns must be unworn, with original tags, in original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
6. Intellectual property
The TAGLINE name, logo, designs, photography, and copy are our property or licensed to us. Don't copy, reuse, or resell our content without written permission.
7. User-submitted content
Anything you send via the contact form (messages, photos, feedback) gives us a non-exclusive license to read, store, and respond to it. Don't send confidential or sensitive information.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use the site to:
- Break the law or violate someone else's rights.
- Probe, scan, or attempt to bypass our security.
- Submit fraudulent payments or chargebacks.
- Scrape product data, prices, or imagery in bulk.
- Send spam, harass others, or impersonate anyone.
9. Disclaimers
The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We don't warrant any specific outcome from using our products.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site or our products is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be flagged with an updated "last updated" date and, if you have an account, an email.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.
