Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also see live status from your account page.
Returns & Exchanges
30-day exchange window
If your fit isn't right, we'll exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached.
Final sale items
Custom orders, personalized pieces, and items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to start a return
Email us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid label and instructions.
Lifetime repair
Our pieces are built to last. If something tears, comes apart at the seams, or has a manufacturing defect — at any point in the future — send it back and we'll repair it free of charge.

Each piece is cut and sewn after you order. Standard production is 4–6 weeks, plus shipping time. Custom and personalized pieces may take an extra week.
We don't keep inventory. Mass-produced fashion creates massive waste — billions of unsold pieces end up in landfills every year. By making to order, we eliminate that waste, support our manufacturers fairly, and ensure you get a piece made specifically for you.
You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your piece has entered production. Reach out to our contact page as quickly as possible.
XS through XXL on all standard pieces. Custom orders can be cut to your exact measurements — see the customize page. Detailed sizing tables are on our size guide.
Cold water wash, gentle cycle, hang dry. Care labels are sewn into every piece with specific instructions. Avoid bleach and tumble drying — both shorten the life of the fabric significantly.
Yes. Visit our build your own page to pick a piece, color, size, and add personalized embroidery. We'll confirm details by email before producing.
Our pieces are made in family-run workshops in the United States. We pay above-market wages, audit our suppliers regularly, and visit production sites in person multiple times a year.
Custom and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. If there's a manufacturing defect or sizing issue caused by us, we'll remake the piece at no charge — just contact us.
Currently we ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping is in the works — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.
